Influencer Setter Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Influencer Setter (INFOSKATERS ACADEMY) Referral Program. By registering as a member of our website (influencersetter.com) and mobile app (collectively, "IS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility & Registration
  • Registered members can refer an unlimited number of brands, influencers, and new members.
  • The Referrer and the Referee must have different residential addresses.
Referral Qualification
  • The Referrer must have completed KYC and must have either:
    • Made at least one wallet recharge of a minimum ₹500 within the last 30 days, or
    • A cumulative wallet recharge of ₹2,000 or more over their lifetime.
  • For a referral to be considered successful, the Referee must complete at least one wallet recharge of ₹500 or more.
Referral Bonus & Cashback
  • The Referrer will receive 100% cashback up to a maximum of ₹300 per Referee on the Referee's first wallet recharge (minimum ₹500).
  • Influencer Setter (IS) reserves the right to revise the cashback percentage or maximum limit at any time during the referral program.
Bonus Usage & Restrictions
  • Referral bonuses cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or bonus.
  • The 'Bonus' amount in the wallet is non-transferable and can only be used for purchases on the IS website and mobile application. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
Program Modifications & Disqualification
  • IS reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • IS holds the discretion to disqualify any Referrer from participation for non-compliance with these terms.
Indemnification & Liability
  • The Referrer and the Referee agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless IS from any claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their participation in the referral program.
  • IS is not liable for delayed, stolen, misdirected, or inaccurate crediting due to incorrect information provided by the Referrer or Referee.
Age Restriction

Participation in the referral program is strictly limited to individuals 18 years or older.

Fraud Prevention & Bonus Reversal

IS reserves the right to withhold or reverse cashback/bonuses in case of a breach of these terms.

Bonus Usage & Restrictions
  • Referral bonuses cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or bonus.
  • The Bonus amount in the wallet is non-transferable and can only be used for purchases on www.InfluencerSetter.com (INFOSKATERS ACADEMY) website and mobile application. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
  • Only the referral commission and earnings from successful job completions can be withdrawn, and funds will be transferred only to your registered account after KYC verification is successfully completed.
Agreement

By participating in the Influencer Setter Referral Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. IS reserves the right to make necessary changes at its discretion.
